At Starforge Systems, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our high-performance PCs and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our technical support team through our help portal with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

    Technical Assessment

    Our engineers will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if eligible.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack your system in its original double-walled internal packaging and external box to ensure the hardware remains protected during transit.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once received at our facility, our technicians will inspect the hardware for integrity, after which your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
