How long does it take to build and ship my PC?

Each system is hand-assembled and undergoes a rigorous 24-hour stress test. Standard lead times are 7-10 business days for assembly, plus shipping time via UPS or FedEx.

Do Starforge Systems PCs come with a warranty?

Yes, all our systems include a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty. We stand by our craftsmanship and will ensure your hardware performs at its peak.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to custom configurations.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are actively working on expanding our logistics network to support more international regions in the near future.

Can I customize the components in a pre-built system?

Our pre-built systems are optimized for performance and value, but we offer a 'Custom Builder' tool on our site where you can select specific GPUs, CPUs, and cooling solutions to fit your needs.
